Eastern Ave Energy Center (Project Energizar)

Overview

• Eastern Avenue is a 250 MW / 1,000 MWh development BESS asset located in Chelsea, MA (Suffolk County) outside of Boston, MA
  –  NTP to be declared as early as Q1 2024 with expected COD in Q2 2026
• Major permitting, environment and interconnection development workstreams have progressed without red flags
• Site control has been secured via a 46-month option-to-purchase agreement executed with the site owner which expires on December 2, 2024
  –  Located in the highly valuable Greater Boston area, the Project would also benefit from the accretion in land value which has seen ~7% year-on-year growth between 2015-2020(1)
• The project is expected to connect to the 488 Chelsea 115 kV Substation and execute the Standard Generation Interconnection Agreement (“SGIA”) by Q2 2023
