Overview

• Electric Avenue is a 185 MW / 740 MWh development BESS asset located in the Brighton neighborhood within the city of Boston, MA (Suffolk County)
  –  NTP to be declared as early as Q3 2024 with expected COD in Q4 2026
• Major permitting, environment and interconnection development workstreams have progressed without red flags
• Site control has been secured via a 24-month option-to-purchase agreement executed with the site owner which expires on June 29, 2023; 2-year extension to be agreed upon by end of April 2023
  –  Located in the highly valuable Greater Boston area, the Project would also benefit from the accretion in land value which has seen ~7% year-on-year growth between 2015-2020(1)
• The project is expected to connect to the Electric Avenue 115 kV Substation and execute the SGIA by Q1 2024
