Overview

• Ward Hill is a 310 MW / 1,240 MWh development BESS asset located in Haverhill, MA (Essex County) outside of Boston, MA
  –  NTP to be declared as early as Q1 2024 with expected COD in Q4 2026
• Major permitting, environment and interconnection development workstreams have progressed without red flags
• Site control has been secured via a 36-month lease-option agreement executed with the site owner which expires in January 2026
• The project is expected to connect to the Ward Hill 345 kV Substation and execute the SGIA by Q1 2024
